USB Ports Not Working

 

Solution:

1. Check Port Cleanliness:

   • Inspect the USB ports for dust or debris and clean them gently with a brush or compressed air.

2. Update USB Drivers:

   • Go to Device Manager, expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers, and update each driver.

3. Reset Power Settings:

   • Go to Settings > Power & Sleep > Additional Power Settings, and disable USB Selective Suspend.

4. Test with Different Devices:

   • Connect other devices to ensure the port isn’t damaged.
