HP Laptop Touchscreen Not Responding


Possible Causes:

  • Disabled touchscreen.
  • Hardware or driver issues.

Solutions:

  1. Enable Touchscreen:

    • Open Device Manager, expand Human Interface Devices, and ensure HID-Compliant Touch Screen is enabled.
  2. Update Touchscreen Drivers:

    • Right-click the touchscreen device in Device Manager and select Update Driver.
  3. Calibrate the Touchscreen:

    • Go to Control Panel > Tablet PC Settings > Calibrate and follow the instructions.
  4. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics:
