Solution:
Restart Windows Explorer:
- Open Task Manager with Ctrl + Shift + Esc, find Windows Explorer, right-click, and select Restart.
Run Troubleshooter:
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters, then select Start Menu troubleshooting.
Update Windows:
- Check for updates in Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates.
Create a New User Profile:
- If the problem persists, create a new user account in Settings > Accounts > Family & Other Users > Add Account.
