Solution:

1. Restart Explorer.exe:

   • Press Ctrl + Alt + Del, select Task Manager, go to Processes, find Windows Explorer, and click Restart.

2. Check External Devices:

   • Disconnect external devices like USB drives or peripherals and restart the computer.

3. Boot in Safe Mode:

   • Restart your PC and press Shift + F8. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Enable Safe Mode, then update drivers or uninstall problematic apps.

4. Update Graphics Driver:

   • Open Device Manager, expand Display Adapters, right-click your GPU, and select Update Driver.
