Windows 11 File Sharing Not Working

 

Solution:

1. Enable Network Discovery:

   • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network Discovery, and enable it.

2. Check Sharing Permissions:

   • Right-click the folder you want to share, go to Properties > Sharing > Advanced Sharing, and ensure permissions are set correctly.

3. Disable Password-Protected Sharing:

   • Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Advanced Sharing Settings, and disable password-protected sharing.
