Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues


 

Possible Causes:

  • Outdated network adapter driver.
  • Router or signal issues.

Solutions:

  1. Reset Network Settings:

    • Open Settings > Network & Internet > Status, and click Network Reset.
  2. Update Wi-Fi Driver:

    • Open Device Manager, expand Network Adapters, and update the Wi-Fi driver.
  3. Manually Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

    • Forget the network and reconnect with the correct password.
  4. Run HP Network Diagnostics:

    • Use the HP Support Assistant’s network troubleshooting tool.
