Solution:
Check the USB Cable:
- Use an Apple-certified cable and check for any damage. Try a different USB port or cable if possible.
Trust This Computer:
- When you connect the iPhone, a prompt may appear asking you to Trust This Computer. Select Trust to allow access.
Restart the iPhone and Computer:
- Restart both devices to refresh the connection.
Update iTunes and iOS:
- Ensure that both iTunes and the iPhone are updated to the latest versions. Go to Settings > General > Software Update on iPhone and check for iTunes updates on your computer.
Check USB Accessories Settings:
- Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode on older models) and ensure USB Accessories is enabled to allow the connection.
