Solution:
Boot into Safe Mode:
- Restart the PC and press Shift + F8 repeatedly during startup.
- Go to Advanced Boot Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings and select Safe Mode.
- Safe Mode loads only essential drivers, allowing you to identify if an app or driver is causing the issue.
Use Startup Repair:
- Insert a Windows 10 installation disk or USB.
- Boot from the media, choose your language, and click Repair your computer.
- Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair to automatically fix boot issues.
Perform a System Restore:
- Go to Advanced Options > System Restore and choose a restore point.
- System Restore will roll back your PC to a previous state without affecting your personal files.
